How do I start my day when I wake up?🤔🤔🤔

Early morning wake up , my stomach is empty. Can hear the drum beating🫢🫢🫢What should I take ? Roti canal , Macdonald breakfast set , curry Mee ? Nasi lemak ? 🤔🤔🤔🤔

I know Whatever I take in my stomach will absorb fully. Hence this meal is very important to me. For my health sake , I choose a healthy start 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽

Share with you all why my metabolism is better. Good start is the key ingredient 😇😇😇

1/ Ningxia red - I make sure my body is rich in antioxidants, can fight more disease esp now pandemic , also I dun want to get old fast 😜

This purée is super nice if you ask me. Little Sour plus little sweet. A good combination to kick off a day.

2/ in Ningxia red I add in 3 pumps of mineral essence. Dr Linus Pauling ( two times Nobel prize winner ) stated , every disease is because mineral deficiency. Wow. I make sure I take in enough dosage. Lol 😆

3/ Slique Shake - a vegan powder that have all nutrient in. It’s a complete meal. Wow wow. After take it feel little full and satisfied. My body is so light n clean I can feel it. 🥰🥰🥰

4/ lastly I put eo in capsule to ingest. Young living ingest capsule must be white label. ( food grade fyi ). This is my choice to add in however.

This is how I start my healthy and happy day. Hurray.

After an hour or two I only go n take my breakfast that I like. Today I choose to take char kuew teow. Yummy 😋

Will change my morning recipe from time to time. Stay tune 😜😜😜
