Beyonature Activities

Weekly Meditation

Every Tuesday, 9.00 pm to 9.45 pm. Beyonature has added basic training for members and non-members to learn meditation.

Yoji, the leader of Beyondature, will lead you into the world of meditation. Learn how to relax physically and mentally from the stress of busy life. In addition, many meditation topics with different purposes are also included, such as Golden House Meditation, Morning Gratitude Aspiration Meditation, Gratitude Meditation, and many more. Friends who are interested in meditation are welcome to learn and improve themselves together.

The meditation training is taught online via Zoom, so please prepare your laptop, desktop computer, or even your mobile phone in advance. Find an environment that is not easily disturbed and has moderate lighting. It is even better if you can turn off your mobile phone. Before class, I also remind you that you can use your favorite essential oils to apply on the back of the ears, chest, back of the head, etc., cover the nose with both hands, and inhale for 1 minute; status.
