1. Diffuse the fragrance at work and start a day full of energy

Diffuse in the office and add essential oils that have refreshing effects (such as citrus, peppermint, rosemary) to help awaken the brain and enhance positive emotions.

2. Noon spray to relieve pressure, refresh the mind and not tired

At noon or before a meeting, lightly spray your face or office area with homemade essential oil spray to quickly refresh your mood and relieve tension.


Recommended recipe: Peppermint + Lavender + Tea Tree, refreshing and soothing. 


3. Small shoulder and neck massage movements to release office fatigue

Put roll-on essential oil on the desk, and when your neck is sore or your shoulders are stiff, apply a few drops of essential oil to massage to relax your muscles and relieve tension.
