The aromatic relaxation time for office workers after returning home

1. Take a bath and relieve stress after work


After a busy day of work, it’s time to return to your relaxed self.

After returning home, you might as well add a few drops of relaxation essential oil to the hot tub, soak your feet or bathe with a little sea salt, so as to release your body tightness and wash away the fatigue in the workplace through the aroma and warmth.


Recommended recipe: Lavender + Ylang Ylang

The soft fragrance of flowers can soothe your emotions and help you return from a "working person" to a “gentle self".


2. Roll On essential oil or diffuse before bed to improve the quality of sleep 


Before going to bed, add essential oil into the roll-on bottle and apply it lightly on the temples, wrists, behind the ears and other parts; and use a diffuser to create a signal of "ready to sleep" mode for the body and mind.


The aroma not only calms the nerves, but also helps improve the quality of sleep, allowing you to sleep well overnight and feel refreshed the next day.
