What essential oils and supplement should I bring with me for self-defense when traveling?

The following essential oils and health care tips for traveling:


Jet lag: If you’re flying long distance or need to adjust to jet lag, a few drops of lavender and peppermint essential oils can help. Peppermint essential oil can help with issues that arise during flights and can help with jet lag. This essential oil helps to refresh your mind, especially after a long flight. Peppermint essential oil increases alertness and eliminates brain fog. Lavender essential oil can relieve jet lag and irritability by easing travel anxiety. Can be applied to soles of feet before departure for travel. It can also be diffused upon arrival to help de-stress and settle.


Dizziness: If you feel dizzy on a plane, rub three drops each of peppermint essential oil and lavender essential oil in your palms, then cover your nose and inhale for 3 minutes. Apply 3 drops each to the temples, sides of the neck and chest to help relax the mind and allow the body to easily adapt to jet lag changes.


Before going out: Before going out every morning, it is recommended to be prepared and apply some essential oils to enhance your own immunity. Apply three drops of peppermint + three drops of lavender + three drops of lemon to the waist and chest. You can dilute V6 Vegetable Oil if you find it spicy. Apply three drops of Thieves essential oil to the soles of your feet without adding V6 vegetable oil.


Acclimatization: When traveling, the common problems encountered are acclimatization, stomach discomfort and even food poisoning. 6 drops of Digize around the belly, 2 drops under the tongue, plus a packet of Alkalime to help alkaline detoxification of the body.


Simple health care in the morning: take one to two packets of Ningxia Red + 1 capsule of life 9 + 1 to 2 capsules of Inner Defence in the morning to supplement the nutrients your body needs throughout the day.
