Among the many methods, only the 5th and 6th methods are not recommended by me personally. The reason is that in addition to the dangers of needing a candle to heat the essential oil when it is used, the molecules emitted by the essential oil once heated can only provide fragrance but have no healing effect. And lighting candles also increases the generation of carbon dioxide simultaneously, pollutes and destroys the environment. Of course, I also know that there are very expensive scented candles on the market, and the smell is indeed very good, but based on carbon dioxide emissions, I have to consider using other methods of aromatherapy, which are more effective for the health of the family.
